Some of our competitors offer just one or two services to help you establish your franchise network. Some will even ask you for a substantial “Up-Front Fee” prior to starting work on writing your operational manual and may also offer, for an additional fee, to write your training manual, prospectus and other relevant literature – some of which will be huge documents that read like “War and Peace” because they feel the need to justify their fee.  When they’ve finished writing all the documents you’ve commissioned, they’ll hand them over to you, wish you good luck, then move on to their next client, leaving you all on your own with the daunting task of developing, launching and managing your franchise network.

Well relax…we don’t believe that it’s luck you need, but a few extra pair's of hands, to take control of your franchise network which will allow you the time to concentrate on running your existing business, after all, that’s what you do best isn’t it?  So that’s what we do, we give you a team of specialists to help run the franchise on your behalf and it’s this that differentiates us from the competition.

We assign a team of three specialists to you who are supervised by one of our Regional Directors.  The team is managed by a Project Management Partner and supported by two other Partners, one from Marketing and the other from Recruitment.  This team will become the corner stone in the development, launch and management of your franchise network over the next six years.

This commitment from us should demonstrate to you the amount of time and effort that’s required to establish your franchise.  We believe that the risk to you if you try to undertake this difficult task on your own or consider employing a “single” franchise consultant could be disastrous, what happens if you or the consultant becomes sick, who runs the franchise then and what happens to your existing business?
